My story

What if your low self-worth wasn't a flaw, but a wound that was never meant to be carried alone?

I know what it's like to grow up feeling invisible. I was that kid — bullied at school, abused at home, constantly walking on eggshells around an explosive father. There were nights I didn't know if we'd have a roof over our heads, and days where I felt like a ghost in my own life. I had no role models. No safety. No roadmap.

I tried to fix myself from the outside in.

I spent years trying to fix myself with books, gym routines, and pretending to be confident in social circles. Nothing worked — because I was still hiding the scared kid inside.

Now, I help high-achieving but emotionally exhausted men and women heal the hidden wounds that therapy and mindset work alone couldn't reach.

This is for you if…

Some of these will feel uncomfortably familiar.

  • You've read all the self-help books but still feel broken underneath.
  • You've succeeded in some areas — career, fitness, maybe dating — but it still feels like something's missing.
  • You're tired of faking confidence and want to feel real peace inside your body.
  • You self-sabotage the moment things start going well — like you don't deserve the good.
  • You feel unseen, disconnected, or stuck in shallow relationships.
  • You want to stop performing and finally show up as you.

If you've ever felt like no one gets it — I do.

I remember walking into rooms and shrinking. Speaking only when spoken to. Overthinking every word. Making people laugh so they wouldn't see how lost I was inside.

No one taught me how to be secure in my identity. I had to learn it through pain — through holding my family together at 14, through late nights in scam call centers, through the humiliation of rejection, and the quiet desperation of not knowing who I was.

I've lived the shame. I've lived the freeze. And I know what it takes to finally feel free.

The turning point

It came when I stopped performing.

My turning point came when I stopped trying to "perform" and started working with my nervous system, my inner child, and the unconscious beliefs that kept me frozen. From there, I built a life rooted in expression, self-trust, and power — not pretense.

Change didn't come from reading more or pretending to be confident. It came when I started doing the real work — healing my nervous system, rewriting my identity, and facing the shadows I'd been hiding since I was a child.

I invested in coaches, got certified, worked directly under some of the biggest names in transformation (Julien Blanc, Owen Cook), and created my own blueprint through 10+ years of trial, failure, and spiritual survival.

And now, I guide others through the same evolution. Not with theory — but with embodied tools that actually work in real life.
